Our Location

We're only a 12 minute walk from Forster Square train station, a 6 minute walk from the University of Bradford, and a 10 minute walk from Broadway Shopping centre. We even have a small Tesco supermarket a 5 minute walk away!

Our Residents
​
As demand for our rooms is high, we are able to be discerning when deciding on our residents. Currently, we have a mixture of tenants, owner-occupiers, mature students, and working people.

Our Gym
Our air conditioned private gym is located in the lower ground floor of The Grand Mill, and open to residents only. Membership is on an invite only basis, and the facility is open to a maximum of ten members at any one stage.
Our Storage Huts

For residents who require a little more space, we have several storage huts available. These are extremely secure, and accessible by fob and key only.

Our Security
​
Access to The Grand Mill is only possible via fob - no codes are used. This makes the building extremely secure, which is a must for anyone planning to live in the middle of a city. Also, our reception and postboxes are covered by multiple CCTV cameras.

Our Cleaners
​
All communal areas of The Grand Mill are lightly cleaned once a week, and deep cleaned once a fortnight.
Our WiFi
​
All residents of The Grand Mill receive complimentary WiFi. Typical speeds are in the region of 30mbps - so plenty of bandwidth available for 4K Netflix, or online gaming.

Our Caretaker
​
Our caretaker lives on site, and is the first contact people for any maintenance issues which may arise.
Our Laundry
​
Our laundry room contains smart washing facilities. The machines are completely 'cashless', and payment is made via a mobile phone app. The app also allows users to book the facilities in advance, to ensure availability when required.

Our Bike Storage
​
Our bike storage is probably the most secure in all of Bradford. The storage rack is bolted to the floor, protected by two fobs, and recorded 24/7 by three CCTV cameras. You can leave your bike in the storage rack, and relax!
